The times we might shorte n a session would be (1) if a new client arrives too late to complete their health intake before the start time of their service, or (2) if an existing client arrives after their start time. We do ask new clients to arrive a few minutes early to fill out a brief health questionnaire and to allow a restroom visit before their service. During our entire 18 years in business, we have included a minimum 15-minute “cushion” between massage appointments for the specific purpose of giving customers their full session time on the table, and to allow time between sessions for clean-up and staff restroom breaks.
